LEGAL NOTICE:

All content on this site, including but not limited to: informational content, graphic images, and program code such as HTML and JavaScript are the copy written material of GREED®. and may not be reproduced in any manner without the expressed written consent of GREED®.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted, GREED® reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price. 

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase of intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit. Please further note that GREED® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, GREED® shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

SHIPPING:

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an electronic tracking number. Please allow 2-6 business days for domestic delivery.  

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (closed bank holidays) and come with an electronic tracking to check the status of your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international orders are shipping via USPS. Rates are calculated through a USPS rate calculator. 

International customers are responsible for any/all customs duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.

International orders may take 8-16 business days to arrive.  

All orders are provided with an electronic tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or exchange. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return we will then proceed with issuing you either a refund or shipping your exchange.

Note that any items returned to us in non-new condition will not be eligible for a refund and/or exchange and will be shipped back to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

On your commercial invoice, please mark the return shipment as “9801 - US GOODS RETURNING”.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return we will then proceed with issuing you either a refund or shipping your exchange.

Note that any items returned to us in non-new condition will not be eligible for a refund and/or exchange and will be shipped back to the customer

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

Products marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. No exceptions.

IMPORTANT: 

Note that all returned products must be in new condition, unworn, and with the original tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange. 

GREED® is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charges if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, once the order has shipped. 

GREED® is NOT responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If you happen to receive a damaged item please contact us immediately and we will exchange the faulty merchandise. Please include pictures of the damaged item/area. 

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order email us immediately.
